1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as selected countries within Europe.
Our European shipping service is available to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries outside of this list at the present time.
2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
At The Movie Merch, we want our shipping to be as simple and transparent as possible. Below is a breakdown of how shipping costs are applied across the regions we serve. All charges are applied at checkout based on the shipping destination and the number of items in your order.

£40 flat rate for two or more items

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
The “flat rate” is the maximum you’ll ever pay for shipping in your region — add as many items as you like, and you won’t be charged more.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to countries outside of the regions listed above at this time.
3. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier.
Shipping to destinations outside of the UK does vary but dispatch times are exactly the same – all orders are sent out within 1-3 business days.
4. HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?
We take great pride in our secure packing standards. All items are carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect fragile and collectible merchandise during transit.
5. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
6. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
At The Movie Merch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While most of our products are collectible items that cannot be returned once opened, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
Faulty or Defective Items (International Customers)
If you receive an item that is genuinely faulty, we will gladly accept a return from any international customer.
Please contact us before sending the product back.
The item must be returned to us, and once received and verified as faulty, we will refund your return shipping costs in full along with the product.
Change of Mind / Remorse Returns (UK Customers Only)
We understand that sometimes purchases are made in error. For this reason, we offer UK customers a limited 14-day return window from the date of purchase.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received — sealed, unopened, and complete.
Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of being opened, used, or tampered with.
Important Notes
Returns cannot be accepted outside of these terms.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Please retain proof of postage until your return has been confirmed and processed.
7. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We pack items securely, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
8. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS OFFICIALLY LICENCED?
Yes. All our movie and TV collectibles are officially licensed from trusted brands like Spirit Halloween, NECA, Royal Bobbles, and more.
We know the collectibles world can be full of cheap imitations, especially when demand spikes. A recent example is the Jaws Popcorn Bucket — when the film was re-released, a flood of poorly made, unlicensed knock-offs quickly hit the market. At TheMovieMerch.com, we only stocked those officially branded by Universal Pictures, so our customers could buy with confidence.

9. DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDERS OR RESTOCKS?
Yes. We occasionally offer limited pre-orders for highly anticipated collectibles. When a pre-order is available, the pre-order date will be clearly displayed in both the short and long product descriptions. Please note that items purchased on pre-order will only ship after the advertised release date, and once dispatched, the usual shipping times will apply.
